THE OVERVIEW

A building block for your next idea.

Build a Bulgarian radio station directory or a player filtered by country, language, and genre. Use url_resolved for playback and handle unavailable streams.

Know before you build

Send a descriptive User-Agent from your server. Discover and rotate available mirrors in production rather than relying on one host. Check stream status and HTTPS support; a listing is not a license to rebroadcast audio.

Your first request

Start with this documented example. Replace credential placeholders with your own test credentials. Browser execution depends on the provider’s CORS policy.

cURL REQUEST EXAMPLE
curl --request GET 'https://de1.api.radio-browser.info/json/stations/search?countrycode=BG&hidebroken=true&limit=20'

This provider requests an identifying User-Agent in server integrations. Browsers control that header; the browser playground omits it. Consult provider requirements before using a browser-only integration in production.
